Hartford FC U7 Mixed & U9 Girls Football Festival - Saturday 22nd September 2018
Hartford FC traditionally hosts a U7 Mixed and U9 Girls season opening festival, bringing their first time footballers together to participate in an organised event in advance of the kick off to their playing season. Last year was our largest and most successful festival to date.
The festival will take place at Hartford Campus, Hartford CoE High School, Chester Road, Hartford, Northwich, CW8 1LJ, with play commencing at 1 pm; latest on the day registration to be 12.30 pm.
The festival and match format summary:
U7 Mixed Festival Detail (5 a-side)
Players must be under 7 years old as of 31st August 2018
There will be between 20 – 24 teams participating.
Teams split into groups of 5-6 all playing each other.
Each Team will play 4-5 x 8-10 minute matches.
Matches will be played straight through with no half-time break.
U9 Girls Festival Detail (5 a-side)
Players must be under 9 years old as of 31st August 2018
There will be between 10 – 12 teams participating.
Teams split into groups of 5-6 all playing each other.
Each Team will play 4-5 x 10-12 minute matches.
Matches will be played straight through with no half-time break.
ALL players participating will receive a medal at the end of the Festival.
